If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our return and exchange process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items purchased from RatiTmpNie, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging, and in new, unused condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, is required for all returns.
- Items that are damaged, used, or altered in any way may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Note: Certain items, such as clearance, discounted, or personalized products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product details before making a purchase.
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@ratitmpnie.com or call our customer service team at (910) 533-3303 to notify us of your intent to return the product. Please provide your order number and a description of the item you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: After contacting us, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please write this number clearly on the outside of the return package to avoid delays in processing.
- Pack the Item: Ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure that the item is safely delivered back to us.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item to the following address:

- RA# (as provided in the Return Authorization email)
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- International Returns: Customers returning products from outside the United States are responsible for all shipping fees, including any customs duties or taxes that may apply. International returns are subject to the same return conditions as domestic returns.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. RatiTmpNie is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange according to the following:
- Refunds: If your return meets the conditions outlined above, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange for a different product, please contact us to initiate the exchange process. You may need to return the original item first, and we will ship the replacement once we receive the returned product. If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference.
Note: Shipping fees, taxes, and any other additional charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will make it right. Please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Immediately: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing info@ratitmpnie.com or calling (910) 533-3303. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product.
- Return Shipping: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for damaged or defective products. Once we receive the returned item, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Clearance items
- Opened or used products
- Software or digital downloads
- Personalized or customized items
If an item is marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
8. Exclusions
- Items purchased from third-party sellers, whether through our website or external platforms, are subject to the return policies of those sellers and are not covered by RatiTmpNie’s Return Policy.
- RatiTmpNie reserves the right to reject returns or issue partial refunds if the returned items do not meet our eligibility criteria.
